The position

Sakura Solutions increase efficiency, reduce turnaround times and standardise results in the pathology lab, so pathologists can make fast and accurate diagnoses. Using SMART Automation.

‘The Genie’ offers a unique solution in cancer diagnostics. Our goal is to provide 100% of a pathologist’s IHC slides with nothing less than an optimal quality rating. A ground-breaking concept in Immunohistochemistry!

Supporting Sakura Finetek’s growing group of customers in Scandinavia, that’s what this role is all about. And it’s about teaching, training & troubleshooting. The customer’s journey is in your capable hands!

Realising Sakura’s optimal staining philosophy is a true team effort. So, you’ll be working in close cooperation and collaboration with a variety of in- and external stakeholders throughout the company.

In this role, you’re teaming up with Application & Implementation Specialists, Area Sales Managers and Field Service Engineers in the United Kingdom, Benelux and Scandinavia. Joining an international team reporting directly to the Customer Support Manager | North Region
 

You are

  • The Histopathology / Immunohistochemistry (IHC) expert!
  • a passionate trainer with excellent communication skills
  • developing and organising training- and educational content
  • performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting
  • naturally looking for quality improvements in systems, processes, and procedures
  • people orientated and a true team player
  • willing and able to travel (mostly nationwide) for 50% of your time

 

You have

  • a minimum of 5+ years working experience in the IHC market
  • passion for IHC (and love to talk about it!)
  • a relevant bachelor or master / Ph.D. degree (Medical Sciences / Biology)
  • a practical approach with a can-do and hands-on mentality

 

You

  • live in Scandinavia (close to an international airport)
  • feel at home in an international environment
  • easily communicate at strategic, tactical and operational level
  • can express yourself fluently in Danish / Swedish & English, both verbal and written
  • reach out, team up and deliver!
